Vegan Caramelized Onion & Spinach Pizza Rolls

  • 1 cup caramelized onions
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 package vegan pizza dough
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup vegan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and add spinach; sauté until wilted.
  3. Mix the spinach with caramelized onions and garlic powder in a bowl.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares or rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling on each piece of dough.
  6. Sprinkle vegan cheese on top, if using.
  7. Roll the dough around the filling and seal the edges.
  8. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
