- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 package vegan pizza dough
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup vegan cheese (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, heat olive oil and add spinach; sauté until wilted.
- Mix the spinach with caramelized onions and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares or rectangles.
