  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, cooking for another minute.
