  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic.
  3. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add coconut milk and green curry paste, stirring until well mixed.
  5. Arrange the dumplings in a baking dish and pour the vegetable mixture over them.
