Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
