- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish and top with the remaining marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
