Simple Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

A refreshing pasta salad with dill pickles and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions and let it cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, bacon, pickles, onion, and celery.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dill weed, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well. Chill before serving.

  • This salad is best served cold.
