- 1 pound sea scallops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Pat the scallops dry and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
