  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat the scallops dry and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add scallops and sear for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, bringing to a simmer, and cook until thickened.
