Samosa Chaatdish (Indian Tater Tot Hotdish)

  • 2 cups tater tots
  • 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the tater tots on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until crispy.
  3. While the tater tots are baking, chop the samosas into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the baked tater tots with the chopped samosas and cooked chickpeas.
  5. Drizzle yogurt and tamarind chutney over the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with green chilies, cilantro, cumin powder, chat masala, and salt.
  7. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
