- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
