  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into even pieces.
  3. Toss the carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
