Ramen Noodle Soup

Delicious and easy Ramen Noodle Soup with a twist of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packages of Ramen noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add the Ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a separate pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  4. Add chicken ham, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic to the broth.
  5. Stir in the crispy bacon.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add chili flakes.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or mushrooms.
