  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, feta cheese, bell pepper, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each cup.
