  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. Add garlic and ginger to the pot and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. If desired, poach an egg in the broth.
  7. Serve hot topped with green onions and chopped turkey bacon.
