Quick chicken, corn and broccoli soup

A delicious and hearty soup made with chicken, corn, and broccoli, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, chicken, corn, and broccoli. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
