- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, and lemon juice, and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter and vanilla to the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Press half the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- Spread the peach mixture over the crust.
