One Pot Creamy Pesto Chicken Pasta

A delicious and creamy one pot pasta dish featuring chicken and turkey bacon, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add the pesto sauce, chicken broth, pasta, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Add the crispy turkey bacon back to the pot.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
