- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 eggs
- 3 strips turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
