Olive Garden Ravioli Carbonara

A delicious and creamy dish featuring ravioli, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

  • 1 package refrigerated ravioli
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cream mixture to the skillet and cook until slightly thickened.
  6. Toss in the cooked ravioli and bacon, and mix until combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if desired.
  • Use fresh ravioli for the best flavor and texture.
