Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and shredded coconut until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish evenly.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the pressed mixture.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
