  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into long, oval-shaped kebabs, about 6 inches long.
  3. Thread the kebabs onto skewers.
  4. Preheat a grill over medium-high heat.
  5. Brush the kebabs with olive oil and grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
