Mango Sago

A delightful and easy dessert combining mango and sago, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sago pearls
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cook the sago pearls in boiling water until translucent, then drain and rinse.
  2. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt and heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Let the mixture cool, then add the cooked sago.
  4. Mix in the diced mangoes. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Try adding a splash of pandan juice for color.
  • Use fresh, ripe mango for the best flavor.
