- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- In a large pot, cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add diced onions and garlic, sautéing until soft.
