Korean Potato Salad (Gamja Salad)

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, green onions, turkey bacon, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
  3. Add in the cooled potatoes and mix until well combined.
