  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and milk. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk together honey, vegetable oil, and eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the honey mixture to the oats and stir until combined.
