  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
