- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut oil, honey, and salt until a dough forms.
- Press the mixture into the baking dish evenly and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Allow the base to cool, then spread caramel sauce over the top.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and stir in vanilla extract, then pour over the caramel layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, then cut into bars.
