Healthy Tuna Pasta Salad with Peas (Serve Cold)

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 cup green peas, frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, tuna, peas, red onion, and dill.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
