- 2 cups pasta
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, turkey bacon, red onion, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
