Grinder Salad

A tasty and easy-to-make salad featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
  2. Add the crumbled turkey bacon and diced chicken ham on top.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the salad.
  4. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
