Grinder Pasta Salad

A delicious and easy-to-make Grinder Pasta Salad packed with veggies and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, olives, and feta cheese.
  4. Add the turkey bacon and Italian dressing to the bowl, stirring to combine.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
