  • 2 jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash the new potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and black pepper; toss the potatoes in this mixture.
  4. Place the potatoes on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and tender.
  5. Meanwhile, char the jalapeños on the grill until blackened on all sides. Place them in a bowl and cover for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the skins from the jalapeños, chop the flesh and combine with cilantro and lime juice.
  7. Once the potatoes are cooked, toss them with the jalapeño mixture and serve warm.
