Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

A rich and creamy pasta dish that brings together garlic, parmesan, and chicken for a comforting weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes.
