- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 pound flank steak
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
