Garlic Butter Steak & Cheddar Potato Bake

  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large dish, layer the sliced potatoes.
  3. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes on each side.
