4 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add the yeast mixture to the flour and knead until smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Shape the dough into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
Melt butter in a small pan, add minced garlic and chopped parsley.
Brush the garlic butter over the rolls.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add grated parmesan cheese on top before baking.
Serve warm with additional garlic butter if desired.
