  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture to the flour and knead until smooth.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Shape the dough into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Melt butter in a small pan, add minced garlic and chopped parsley.
  8. Brush the garlic butter over the rolls.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add grated parmesan cheese on top before baking.
