A delicious and comforting dish that combines the flavors of French onion soup with classic funeral potatoes.

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, sour cream, French onion dip, and shredded cheese.
  3. Add in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
