  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add almond butter, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda to the mashed bananas and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool before cutting into squares.
