  • 1 medium butternut squash, cubed
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
