This Eggs Benedict Casserole features turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delicious twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Layer the bread slices on the bottom of the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham to the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.

Notes

  • Make sure to use day-old bread for the best texture.
  • You can substitute bacon with any other preferred protein.
