  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cubed bread, chicken ham, turkey bacon, and mozzarella cheese to the egg mixture.
  5. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
