  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the triangles from the wide end to the point and place them on a baking sheet.
