Duchess Potatoes Recipe

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large egg yolks

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender.
  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  3. Add butter, heavy cream, egg yolks, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mash until smooth.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until well combined.
