  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each artichoke heart in olive oil, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Place the coated artichoke hearts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the breadcrumb mixture.
