  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp by removing shells and deveining them.
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Dip each shrimp in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp until golden brown.
  5. Cook the turkey bacon in a separate pan until crispy.
  6. Assemble the burger by placing lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun, add fried shrimp, and top with turkey bacon.
  7. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
