  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the fat in the skillet.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and heat over medium.
  4. Crack eggs into the skillet and cook until whites are set.
  5. Sprinkle feta cheese on top of the eggs and cook until lightly browned.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve bacon alongside the eggs.
