Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and hearty breakfast casserole featuring crescent rolls, turkey bacon, and chicken ham, perfect for feeding a crowd.

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and place it in a greased baking dish, pressing to form a crust.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the meat, and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
