- 2 fillets salmon
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add salmon to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove salmon, flake it and set aside.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
