  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add salmon to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove salmon, flake it and set aside.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  7. Add cooked pasta, mixed greens, and flaked salmon to the sauce. Stir until evenly coated.
  8. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm, topped with crumbled turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Feel free to substitute salmon with another type of fish or protein.
