- 4 cups diced tomatoes
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
