  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned.
  3. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms, stir to combine, and cook for a couple of minutes.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth gradually, stirring to prevent lumps.
