  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them in the skillet.
  3. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
