- 4 bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
