  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, rice, spinach, cream cheese, and seasonings.
